For 3 years, I was the Head of Experience for a private network of executives and entrepreneurs: Club Bootstrap. Joining the club as its first employee, I built a high-quality 360° member experience, including in-person and digital events, customer support, a member platform, CRM management, and personalized content. The club became a major player in the French entrepreneurial ecosystem, recognized for delivering one of the strongest member experiences in the space.
